We will gladly accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, fragrance/smoke-free condition with the original tags attached for exchange or store credit only. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable.
For Domestic orders, all returns must be received within 30 days of postmarked.
For International orders, You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. Unfortunately we cannot give you store credit on duties, taxes or shipping charges.
For in store purchases, There is no physical location for our company.
For online orders and return to store location, all returns must be received within 30 days of the date of receipt. You must include your receipt slip.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:
All accessories, jewelry & beauty products (including belts, hats+hair, sunglasses, scarves, bags, intimates, fragrance & soap ).
All sale items
Washed apparel, Lingerie
Store/Exchange credit are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed.
Your credit information will be available in your account. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and that information will be sent to your email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For Domestic US exchanges orders, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping. Only orders with standard shipping are eligible.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return package as Thread Trend is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do have standard tracking numbers for every order.
